This paper objectively analyzed the referees\' scoring of the six final events at the 2007 China all-star cheering squad championship with the method of observation,literature review,mathematical statistics,interviews and comparison.
运用现场观察法、文献资料法、数理统计法、专家访谈法和比较法,对2007中国全明星啦啦队锦标赛六个组别的决赛成绩(编排分和完成分)数据进行分析,结果表明:本次啦啦队比赛编排裁判员(舞蹈中学混合组除外)和技巧啦啦队项目的完成裁判员的评分总体把握是一致的,客观性系数较高;不同组别舞蹈啦啦队的完成裁判员评分客观性系数不是很高;裁判员的评分无差异性(舞蹈中学混合组编排裁判除外),各运动队自身水平的差异较大。

吧啦饼又称吧啦藏饼，为西藏风味的酥油糕点。历史上吧拉藏饼在满蒙地区流传。以后传入北京地区，现已成为京式糕点的传统风味糕点。 原料配方：特制粉50千克白砂糖25千克核桃仁5千克瓜仁500克桂花2.5千克碳酸氢铵、碳酸氢钠及水均适量 制作方法： 1.调制面团：先将糖、水和碳酸氢铵放入和面机内搅拌，再放入熟猪油、桂花和桃仁继续搅拌，呈均匀液状，最后放入面粉，碳酸氢铵应先用水溶化，以防和面时混合不均，碳酸氢钠可随面粉缓缓放入。 2.顶剂：用顶钟迅速顶出定量的面剂。 3.成型：将每块面剂团按平，在表面印附3个瓜仁、中心按一凹状的圆坑、打印红戳，即可码入烤盘。 4.烤制：将盛有生坯的烤盘放入炉烘烤，入炉温度为170～180℃，出炉温度为210～230℃，烤制12分钟左右便可出炉。 质量标准：色泽：深麦黄色，底面浅黄褐色，裂纹处呈乳白色，不焦边，火色均匀。 形态：扁圆形，摊裂均匀，面上附有3个瓜仁，红戳清晰。 组织：起发均匀，疏松，不青心。 口味：酥松，油润利口，有桃仁和桂花香味，无异味。
