医论著作。日本富士川游等编撰。本集共收入日本医药界名流医学论文21篇，药学论文13篇。阐述皇汉医学变迁与兴衰史。指出中医自公元4～5世纪传入日本，对日本医学起了重大影响。虽然于近代西医已传入日本，但治疗卓有成效者实为中医，因此认为复兴中医是当务之急。书中选择性介绍中医对中风、痨病、肺病、疫疠、妇科及儿科疾病等治疗方法。现存《皇汉医学丛书》本。
