Based on the discussions on the connotadons of value and talent value, this paper proposes that to underatand the connotadons of talent value, it is necessary to master the relationships between talent value and material value, between talent value and non-talent value, and the complexity between the value subject and value object of talents, and to oppose two kinds of wrong views on talent value.
