With the rapid development of the tourism industry, , the tourism scale grow quickly, tourism land expand rapidly, tourism sites serious waste, the conflicts between the growth of tourism land and the land conservation is increasingly prominent.

From the viewpoint of neotectonic movement, the formation and characteristics of natural landscapes controlled by neotectonic movement in the strong crust raising area, slightly raising area, subsiding area and transition area of northeast Poyang Lake region are discussed, and some suggestions about tour land planning and development in different areas are made.
