China is now at the transition from traditional agriculture to modernized agriculture, the demand for agricultural funds is increasing rapidly, so it is urgent to establish a new typed agricultural investment mechanism.

Based on a survey of national public goods demand in rural areas,the article describes the status,the structures and characters of the demand of peasants,discusses how to format a peasants demand-oriented rural public goods supply system in rural Areas.

With the development of market economy, the peasants demand for the service of agricultural extension involves the whole process of agricultural production.

Specialities in new peasant employment training system should be established according to the market demand,the farmer demand,and international experience.

We find that farmers with different income have different capital demand;small capital is the principal part of farmers demand;the income level of farmers have the positive correlation with the capital demand and have the negative correlation with the frequency of borrowing.

To realize the aim that was decide by national economy and plan of social development, must forecast and analyse fund demand correctly and ensure to carry on the aim smoothly.
