The new immigration novel authors can be divided into three kinds in terms of their motivation: those engaged in business or physical labor with the pursuit for "Manhattan",those studying abroad with an aspiration for "the Statue of Liberty",and those Chinese with a foreign nationality showing their recollection and reflection of their hometown afar.
