精微 ①食物精纯微小的部分。《灵枢·五味》：“谷始入于胃，其精微者，先出于胃之两焦，以溉五脏，别出两行，营卫之道。” ②精气衰微。《素问·脉要精微论》：“五色精微象见矣，其寿不久也。”一说“精微”是真元之气。吴崑注：“精微象见，言真元精微之气，化作色相，毕现于外无藏蓄，是真气脱也，故寿不久。” ④精深微妙。如《素问》第十七《脉要精微论》。
