Based on sport commitment theory and other relative literatures,this paper summarized 16 influencing factors of exercise persistence,including exercise commitment,exercise enjoyment,involvement alternatives,personal investment,involvement opportunities,social constraints,social supports,exercise facility,exercise motivation,self-efficacy,personality,exercise e.
结合运动承诺理论和相关文献对影响大学生坚持体育锻炼的特点及影响因素进行分析,结果表明:1)大学生体育锻炼具有阶段性和反复性,退出锻炼存在两个高峰;2)运动承诺理论的6个要素是坚持锻炼的重要影响因素,;3)除运动承诺理论的要素外,影响大学生坚持体育锻炼的因素还有:社会支持、锻炼条件、锻炼动机、自我效能、锻炼效果、个性特征、运动风险、运动能力、锻炼氛围和制度约束,在运动承诺理论中整合这些要素,有利于更系统地理解大学生的锻炼坚持行为。
