山城西南、顾册村西北之间。坐落在房山城西南、顾册村西北之间。牌楼由单排两柱组成,方柱采用花岗岩石料,上端选用精质大理石。从建造形式、规格上看,是北京地区典型的二柱一间一楼牌楼。建于清光绪三十三年(1907),是为顾册村廪生李仲的妻子刘氏所立。牌楼面向西南,高2.67米,宽4.49米。两方柱上刻有对联,隔心板的阴面雕刻楷书。柱上有石刻对联,横梁上是仿木结构的庑殿顶,重檐,四条脊上雕有垂兽。阳面重檐下面有华盖匾,上面楷书:圣者,周围浮雕云朵。横梁上面雕刻石崖。据传,两柱上原来有望天吼,后被人毁掉。柱子下端有用铁箍固紧的夹杆石,夹杆石高0.37米,长、宽各为0.77米,夹杆石的通天柱高2.07米,宽0.42米。
