创新惫识特征(features。f ereativ。-consciousness)创造的意向和愿望的特征。主要有:(1)社会历史性。创新意识的产生不能脱离具体历史条件下的实际需求。(2)社会道德性。创新意识表现出鲜明的阶级性和道德观,它所激起的创造性活动,产生的创造成果应为人类进步和社会发展作贡献。(3)创新动机和效果的一致性。人的创新动机应以其创新效果为归宿,创新必须考虑到社会效果。通常好的动机产生好的效果,坏的动机产生不良的效果,但有时好的动机也可能产生坏的效果,故应力求动机和效果的一致性。 (张明撰租翻吴万森审)
