This paper examines the critics made by Virgilio,Petrarch and Piero Bembo on Dante s choice of Italian native language during 14th to 16th century;and,with an analysis on the rejection of the Latin culture represented by them against the Itamian native culture,and also with the reference to the studies on De Vulgari Eloquentia and Convivio this paper evaluate the significance of this choice.
