手术名。阴茎皮肤撕脱伤修复术之一。硬膜外麻醉、腰麻或全麻。清创，将缺损近侧之皮肤修剪整齐，并尽量保留。剪除缺损远侧之皮肤，达近阴茎冠2～3mm处，仅留少许皮肤备与移植皮片缝合。取大腿内侧中厚皮片。阴茎头穿细钢丝作牵引，留置气囊导尿管，将皮片包绕阴茎以完全覆盖创面，皮片之左右两缘在阴茎背侧中线上做锯齿状对合并缝合。分别缝合阴茎根部及冠状沟部创缘。留长缝线作敷料加压包扎用。植皮面覆盖凡士林纱布，外以软纱布及棉团加压包扎、固定移植皮片。剪除牵引用钢丝。卧床2周，用抗生素预防感染、雌激素防止 阴茎勃起，观察阴茎头血运。10天后拆线。继续加压包扎2周，同时拔管。
