As a unique cultural phenomenon in the course of the artistic transformation of contemporary Russian movies,the theme of excavating the past,having gone through introspection,debate and reconstruction,is a profound reflection of the Russian people on the nature of her own nationality.

In view of this,this paper,beginning from the concept of alienation,elaborates the connotation and manifestation of information alienation,analyzes its main causes and puts forward some strategies to control information alienation based on the main body itself.
