闭锁性运动技能(elosed moto:Skills)主要依靠内部的本体感受器所介入的反馈来调节运动动作的运动技能。属于此类的技能如篮球的罚球、足球的射点球、体操、跳水、掷铅球、铁饼、排球的发球、高尔夫球、地滚球、急行跳远等,它们是在较固定的外部条件下完成的,运动员何时或如何开始采取所需要的行动,基本可由本人在规则允许范围内决定,故亦称自我定速技能。形成这种技能除需一定的身体条件外,还要依靠自我认知、内部注意、自控能力等心理条件,同时需要反复练习,达到理想的反应固定化、标准化、习惯化,才一可保证技能的有效性。 (刘淑慈撰谢三才审)
