In order to find out the relationship between strength qualities and performances of special items,the strength training results of thirty elite women high jumpers are analyzed through documentation,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.
为了探讨女子跳高运动员力量素质对专项成绩的影响程度,通过问卷调查法和数理统计法对我国30名女子健将级运动员力量训练进行统计分析,得出抓举/体重指数、半蹲/体重指数,发现4步助跑摸高对专项成绩影响较大,通过对其中12名现役健将级运动员力量与专项水平进行比较,发现二者存在不均衡现象,建议在训练中采取有效训练手段使力量与专项相适应。

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、测试法等研究方法,建构了跳高运动员比赛能力结构的理论模型,并通过对其各构成因素的测试,验证了比赛能力结构理论模型的合理性。
