职业犯罪心理(mind of oeeupationalcrime)与从事某种职业相关的犯罪心理。任何职业都有可能被利用，实施业务上的犯罪，故也称为业务犯罪(o eupational erime)。这主要是由于职业环境、人际关系、物际关系对人格的影响，逐渐酿成犯罪心理与恶习而导致犯罪。如会计人员的贪污犯罪，司法人员的拘私枉法罪，医师的狠褒、伪证犯罪，药剂师的贩毒犯罪，法人代表的经济犯罪等。国外学者一般认为，职业犯罪还与个人的道德品质以及业务上发生的挫折有关。例如与企业成败有关的挫折，与职位升迁有关的挫折，因失业而产生的挫折，由此而导致的攻击行为。 (粗恩波撰何为民审)
