原料配方 白菜2千克 大蒜100克 萝卜1千克 食盐60克 辣椒40克
制作方法
1.选择有心的大白菜，去掉菜头和外帮，用水清洗后沥干，切成4厘米小块；萝卜洗净去皮切成片。
2.用冷开水500克溶化30克食盐，搅拌均匀后盛于陶缸内，再把白菜、萝卜倒入盐水中浸泡1～2天。
3.捞出白菜、萝卜，倒掉缸内的盐水。然后再将白菜、萝卜放入缸内，码放均匀，撒上辣椒和大蒜，菜料上压上干净石头。
4.用冷开水500克溶化剩余的食盐，搅拌均匀，注入陶缸内，再盖好缸盖。过两天，如果菜汤没有淹没菜料，就加些冷开水。经过10天左右的泡制，即可食用。
产品特点 色微黄，味辣酸。
