In the judicial practice, there are different opinions on the understanding of the meaning of“State secrets”,“The implementation of the act of leaking state secrets”and“Serious plot”.
泄露国家秘密犯罪是一种社会危害性非常严重的犯罪,现行刑法第398条规定了泄露国家秘密犯罪,即故意泄露国家秘密罪和过失泄露国家秘密罪。
