In response to the Moral Decline Theory and the Right Abuse Doctrine which both claim that the legalization of euthanasia will probably have harmful consequences,this article consider that the Moral Decline Theory is a theoretical imagination and has no support practically,while the Right Abuse Doctrine is not appropriate in the discussion on the legalization of euthanasia.
本文针对安乐死合法化可能危害后果的道德滑坡理论和权利滥用说给予回应,认为道德滑坡论在理论上是想象的存在,并且无实践上的支持,而权利滥用说在安乐死合法化讨论中并不适当,在任何情形下反对安乐死的观点从理智上讲是值得怀疑的。
