On the basis of systematically combs the supplier risk source,established index system of supplier risk,and divide supplier risk into competitive risk,interrupt risk,system risk and strategic risks,further use risks frequency -risk loss matrix to positioning analyze four kinds of risks,and put forward the countermeasures and measures for each risk management.
