Combining the latest researches,we designed A Discipline Schedule for the Middle School Students,and started a course of discipline education once a week by means of group counseling with the aim of training students to be disciplined from the perspective of precaution and development.
针对目前国内纪律问题严重,教师缺乏应对学生违纪行为有效方法的现状,结合纪律领域的研究成果,设计了《中学生纪律培养方案》,同时以班级心理辅导方式为学生开设每周一次的纪律教育课程,从预防和发展的角度对学生遵守纪律的能力进行培养。

Revolutionary Army Discipline
Ceming Iundui de Iilti《革命军队的纪律》(尺。，02“，ion。即A月”y DisciPline)朱德关于加强革命军队纪律建设问题的军事著作。是刊载于1943年4月16日延安《解放日报》上的《革命军队管理的原则》一文的第1部分，约1 000字，以现名收入1983年8月出版的《朱德选集》。 该文指出，革命军队之所以能够巩固与发展，是因为有自觉的纪律。而建立自觉纪律的墓础是:全体军人对于革命和抗战的无限忠诚与自我牺牲精神，一切以革命利益为前提;军内上下一致，军外军民一心;指挥员指挥正确，关心部下，甘苦共尝，以身作则，大公无私。该文认为，革命军队纪律的维护与执行，主要依靠教育。奖励与惩戒都不过是教育的一种形式。奖励，要使军中知道努力的方向;惩戒，要使军中知道应避免的错误。对有功受奖者不应放任，应继续教育，促其继续进步;对有过受罚者，不应仇视或厌恶，而应以爱护的精神教育之，使之改正错误。必须坚持赏罚公正严明，这是革命军队中执行纪律的守则。该文强调，在革命军队中不应有亲、疏、厚、薄之分，不应有爱、恶、生、疏之别，不应有小团体观念和本位主义。只有大公无私，一视同仁如家人兄弟一般，才能团结全军，巩固纪律。 《革命军队的纪律》所阐明的中国共产党领导的人民军队纪律的本质、基础和加强军队纪律建设的基本原则，对于抗日战争时期加强八路军、新四军的建设产生了重要作用，至今仍有指导意义。 (刘学民)
