This paper divides the visual vocabulary of weaving and embroidering pattern of Dai ethnic group in Yunnan into three types as nature, life and ornament and discusses the causes of the ge-ometry-dominated visual vocabulary: technical demand, picture composition demand and proper shape demand.

宋明织绣 一九八三年文物出版社出版。该书是一部介绍宋明织绣的图册。由辽宁省博物馆庋藏的《绣线合璧》全部和明代《顾韩希孟花鸟册》的一部分作品编辑而成，计有两宋刻丝3幅、南宋刺绣3幅、顾氏册中刺绣6幅，共121幅。
