【合作金融组织形式】合作金融机构的组织形式及管理体系。合作金融形成比较稳定的企业财产组织形式，是19世纪中叶以来的事情。在这以前，合作金融伴随合作经济在生产、流通、消费等社会再生产各环节的生存发展而存在，但如同合作经济一样，通常是采取民间自发形式，总是处于不稳定、偶发性的状况。自从合作经济逐步形成较为稳定、具有特征性的企业财产组织形式，合作金融也采用了同样的模式。 合作金融的组织形式表现为两个层面:一是合作金融的法人治理结构。二是合作金融的组织体系。合作金融的法人治理结构，通常采取所有权和经营权分离，立法、执法和司法职能部分相互制衡的形式。合作金融组织基本上都是采取多级法人制度。各级金融组织都是由各自的成员人股，具有自主经营权和独立的法人资格。各级金融组织之间又往往以人股持股的形式，形成合作的组织网络。合作金融的组织体系，通常可分为两种形式。(l)横向型组织体系，即由业务特点不同的好几类合作金融组织平行并存。这种形式以美国表现最为突出。(2)纵向型组织体系，其基本结构是金字塔状，由众多的基层组织、中间层次的协调组织和最高层次的指导组织构成。大多数国家的合作金融组织体系都采取这种形式。
