Based on introducing relevant intention of community of intellectuals, this paper analyzes the influence of community of intellectuals on the intellectuals and organizational culture of colleges and universities.
本文在介绍知识分子社区相关内涵基础上,分析了知识分子社区对高校知识分子及高校组织文化的影响,并认为,正是由于知识分子社区的存在,知识分子对知识分子社区的忠诚高于对正式组织的忠诚,对知识分子社区的依赖大于对正式组织的依赖。
