Development of autonomous elective course on public sports,students attitude toward selecting courses on net,intention of option,general feeling,evaluation of current assessment on students achievement and satisfaction about teachers in newly-built undergroduate colleges are investigated.
采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数据统计法和逻辑推理法等研究方法,对新建本科院校公共体育自主选课的开展状况、学生对网上选课的态度评价、选项意向、总体感受、现行成绩评定方式的评价以及对不同选项教师的满意度等问题进行跟踪调查,分析了选修课开展的成功经验与存在的不足,并提出了相应的改善措施。

过去我不止一次讲过，管理既是科学，也是艺术。读完陈鸿桥同志的专著《16节科学管理课》，我又有了一些新的想法和体会。
管理活动源远流长，自古即有，但真正成为一门科学，具有自己一套比较完整的理论体系，则是始自20世纪初以“泰罗制”为代表的科学管理。科学管理是管理科学的起点和基础，而管理科学是科学管理发展的必然结果。中国与西方发达国家的差距，在于中国既缺乏科学管理的熏陶，又缺乏管理科学的体系。陈鸿桥的专著结合理论与大量的实践素材，从不同层面、不同方向进行了独到分析，提出了诸多令人深思的命题。
