An Introduction to Land Use Planning Analysis System (LUPAS) and Its Application;

Taking Henggang Reservoir Watershed as an example,the land use planning was used to predict pollution sources and calculate environmental capacity,that is,to predict the total amount of pollutions in the wa.

The author has researched some problemes in this parper such as the relationship between the pattern of economy increasing and the development of land taking,the land use planning how to fit the economy transforming from extensiveness to intension,and has put forward the target complex of intensive land use planning and the countermeasures.

So it needs to think about land-use plan at the point of traffic.

On the basis of the construction of Nanjing urban rail transit network, this paper presents the ideas on and procedures of land planning and controlling in developing urban rail transit network and introduces resource configuration and sharing, research outline of engineering implementation scheme, and general requirements on controlling and expanding land planning.

This thesis uses the theory and method of the system dynamics to analyze the characteristics of the urban land planning system and set up the urban land planning system dynamic model, The model could describe the influence and request of factors of the society.

In response to the theoretic arguments of abolishing gratis land supply for affordable housing,this article focused on reform prospects of gratis land policy.
