5)  New Metrical Poetry
新格律诗

Poetic rhythms of New Metrical Poetry are the regular arrangement of time units of the same sound intervals,which comprise several levels: the most basic rhythmical unit is sound caesura and semantic caesura.
新诗格律节奏构成的最基本节奏单元是音顿和意顿;向外发展形成两种建行方式——音顿连续排列建行和意顿对称排列建行;再向外发展就形成构节构篇的形式化节奏体系和口语化节奏体系,其基本构形原则是"句的均齐和节的匀称",由此形成新格律诗体丰富的具体格式。

律诗

    中国近体诗的一种。格律严密。发源于南朝齐永明时沈约等讲究声律、对偶的新体诗,至初唐沈佺期、宋之问时正式定型,成熟于盛唐时期。律诗要求诗句字数整齐划一,每首分别为五言、六言、七言句,简称五律、六律、七律,其中六律较少见。通常的律诗规定每首8句。如果仅6句,则称为小律或三韵律诗;超过8句,即10句以上的,则称排律或长律。通常以8句完篇的律诗,每2句成一联,计四联,习惯上称第一联为破题,第二联为颔联、第三联为颈联、第四联为结句。每首的二、三两联(即颔联、颈联)的上下句必须是对偶句。排律除首末两联不对外,中间各联必须上下句对偶。小律对偶要求较宽。律诗要求全首通押一韵,限平声韵;第二、四、六、八句押韵,首句可押可不押,律诗每句中用字平仄相间。上下句中的平仄相对,有“仄起”与“平起”两式。另外,律诗的格律要求也适用于绝句。
   唐代律诗在定型化过程中和定型后,都存在变例,有些律诗不完全按照格式写作,如崔颢的《黄鹤楼》,即前半首为古体格调,后半首才合律。律诗的这种变化被称为拗体。
