Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture of Shenshu(BL 23),Huiyang(BL 35) and Shenshu plus Huiyang on the main symptoms of unstable bladder(USB) and explore the specificity of different points in treating USB through a clinical randomized controlled trial.
目的通过临床随机对照研究,观察针刺肾俞、会阳、肾俞加会阳对不稳定膀胱(USB)主要症状的影响,探索针刺不同穴位治疗USB的穴位特异性。

会阳
会阳 经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。别名利机。属足太阳膀胱经。在骶部，尾骨端旁开0.5寸。另说“阴尾骨外，各开一寸半”（《医学入门》）；“长强外开二寸（《针灸集成》）。布有尾骨神经和臀下动、静脉分支。主治腹痛、泄泻，痢疾，便血，痔疮，带下，阳萎，阴部湿痒等。直刺1-1.5寸。艾炷灸3-7壮；或艾条灸5-15分钟。
