位于利川市区西北47公里的柏杨坝区,由“李氏宗祠” 和“李氏庄园” 两大建筑组成,分别建于清道光和光绪年间,总建筑面积12000平方米。
其中宗祠的建筑模式模仿成都文殊院,祠堂依山建有石墙堞垛,上有炮眼;庄园距祠堂150米,有大小房间一百多间,二十多个天井,整个建筑错落有致,工艺精巧。
