网格蜜桃
材料：
115克中筋面粉；45克黄油（butter）或人造黄油（margarine），需冷蔵；45毫升原味酸奶；30毫升桔汁或柠檬汁；牛奶少许；鲜桃3个，对半切，去核，或用对半切的罐头桃也可以
做法：
1、黄油切成1cm见方的小块。
2、面粉过筛后装在大碗中，把切成小块的黄油放入，用手指捏成细细的颗粒。然后加入酸奶和桔汁，揉成一个比较硬的面团。
3、把面团擀成薄片，用切饼干的圆形模具或比桃子直径稍大的杯子把面片压成6个圆形的面片。剩下的面片切成不到1cm宽的长条备用。
4、取一个圆形面片，把半个桃子倒扣在上面，然后将第3步中切成的长条在桃子上摆出网格，并用牛奶做“胶水”来固定。放入冰箱冷蔵30分钟。
5、将烤箱预热至200摄氏度，把4从冰箱里取出，表面刷牛奶，放入烤箱烘烤约15-18分钟，待表面变成金黄色即可。
