GPS·RS·GIS yitihua xinxi iishuGpS·RS·GIS一体化信息技术(0笔anic infomlationtechnolo留ofG玲·RS·CIS)全球定位系统(C巧)、遥感(RS)、地理信息系统(GIS)一体化信息获取、信息处理、信息应用技术系统。简称为G巧、RS、GIS一体化信息技术。习惯称三S技术。 C玲、RS、GIS分别是独立的技术领域。各有其相应的理论、方法、技术系统、技术流程和应用领域。三S技术是以地学界熟悉的G玲、RS、cls为基础，将这三项技术中的有关部分以及其他相关高技术有机地构成一个整体而形成的一项新型空间信息集成技术。其畅通的数据流贯穿于信息获取、信息处理、信息应用的全过程。具备C玲、RS、GIS各独立技术的特点和功能，成为一项新型的对地观测技术领域。 随着全球变化研究和区域资源、环境调查及其动态监测愈来愈成为人们关注的焦点，这两大应用领域均在观测结果的“时效性”、覆盖范围的“全球性”、目标识别的“准确性”方面户拐遥感对地观测技术提出了急迫要求，成为三S技术发展的动力。多种相关高技术的发展，尤其是G玲的实际运营(约1卯3年)为三S技术的产生与发展创造了合适的技术环境和可能。 三S技术是近二三年产生的新型集成技术。依据的理论和方法是:采用空~地定位的理论与方法;遥感信息快速多维分析方法;利用GIS已有背景信息及其他相关信息的多元、多维复合分析的理论和方法;以遥感信息直接作为信息源的GIS中高动态决策分析的理论和方法。从技术系统中定位技术的设计思想而论，有已知遥感平台位置与姿态参数的数字立体摄影测量方法;向量求端点坐标增量的直接定位方法;干涉合成孔径雷达的干涉测量定位方法等。 三S技术已有或将完成的技术系统有:高速公路车载监测技术系统(美国);机载干涉合成孔径雷达系统(美国、欧洲);机载三维信息获取与实时处理技术系统(中国)等。 三S技术的突出特点是:①较之以往技术中生成第一级产品其效率提高1~2个数量级;②遥感信息处理中的多维分析将成为实用技术;③大大缩短遥感作业流程的周期(约为l/2)。三S技术的特点适应了全球变化、区域资源、环境调查及动态监测的需求。相应的星载技术的出现也是指日可待。在区域性应用中可构成星、机、地技术系列。对于经济快速增长地区的资源环境监测、城市化的进程监测、大型工程的进展监测、浅海水下地形测量、地面工作极度困难区的资源环境调查、矿藏的前期探测以至军事应用领域都将是最新的应用技术。因此，三S技术必将成为遥感对地观测技术重要的发展方向之一。(李树楷)
