schizoid personality disorder
分裂样人格障碍(sehizoid personalitydis order)有这种人格障碍的人，一生中表现社会性退缩，不愿与人交往，性格内向，平淡温顺，情感反应过少。在外人看来他们显得古怪、离群和孤独。有的学者认为此型与偏执型及分裂型人格障碍(sehiztype personality disorder)共同构成精神分裂症谱系(s chizo-phrenic speetrum)中病情轻微的一端。其人格特征为:(l)除了家庭成员或亲属以外，没有或仅有一个知心朋友。(2)缺乏情感反应，对人冷淡，很少向人问候、微笑或点头。(3)对于他人的称赞或批评无动于衷。(4)对异性不感兴趣。(5)没有和他人建立亲密关系的愿望，从中也感受不到乐趣，包括与家人相处在内。(6)几乎总是选择单独的活动和职业。(7)很少激动和发怒。(8)在儿童或少年时表现易激动和违拗。这种人必须不是在精神分裂症发病过程中，才能诊断为分裂样人格障碍。病人可以获得一定的自知力。如能建立良好的医患关系，病人可以吐露出内心有过多的幻想。集体心理治疗可以帮助病人建立一定的社会接触。 (赵亚忠撰刘协和审)
