以江苏电网并网发电机组2008年异常停机事件的调查和统计为基础,从机组容量分布、专业种类、事件起因、季节环境等多个角度,对设备故障和异常停运事件进行分类分析,就减少机组异常停运事件提出相应的预防措施:加强机组试运行期间的故障统计和原因分析,掌握安装和调试过程中的故障隐患点;大功率变频器改造前要做好选型工作,掌握常规的检修和维护技术,及时消缺;夏日雨季和严寒冬季到来前应细查严管,做好防雨、防冻、防雷等措施,为提高发电设备的运行可靠性提供借鉴。
