企业登记公告制度是指登记主管机关和企业法人登记注册必须遵守的法律制度之一,是登记主管机关代表政府向社会发布企业法人开业，登记事项变更、注销登记等具有法律效力的正式公告，企业也必须依法接受登记主管机关发布公告的要求。
企业法人登记公告的基本形式为期刊式，也可组织企业自颁发布报刊公告。登记主管机关发布企业法人登记公告按规定的标准收取公告费。
