| 资本积累 capital，accumulation of 剩余价值转化为资本，即剩余价值的资本化。资本家把从雇佣劳动那里剥削来的剩余价值的一部分用于个人消费，另一部分转化为资本，用于购买扩大生产规模所需追加的生产资料和劳动力。因此，剩余价值是资本积累的源泉，资本积累则是资本主义扩大再生产的前提条件。 资本积累的客观必然性主要表现在：①剩余价值规律是资本积累的内在动力。资本家为了占有更多的剩余价值，除了提高对工人的剥削程度外，还必然增加资本量，以扩大生产的规模和剥削的范围。对剩余价值的狂热追求，驱使资本家不断地进行资本积累。②资本主义竞争和生产无政府状态的规律是资本积累的外部压力。在资本主义竞争中，大资本总是处在有利的地位。为了在竞争中处于有利地位，保存自己，击败对手，资本家只有不断地进行资本积累，扩大资本规模。资本主义再生产中的激烈竞争，迫使资本家不断地进行资本积累。 资本积累的实质是在资本主义扩大再生产中，资本家利用无偿占有的剩余价值，不断扩大资本的规模和扩大对雇佣劳动的剥削，继续占有更多的剩余价值。 资本积累的规模是由决定剩余价值量的因素决定的。决定剩余价值量的因素主要有：①剩余价值率的高低。剩余价值率越高，同量可变资本获得的剩余价值就越多，资本积累的规模就越大；反之相反。②社会劳动生产率的水平。劳动生产率的提高，可以降低单位商品的价值，从而降低劳动力的价值，提高剩余价值率，加速资本积累；商品价值的降低，还可以使同量的可变资本推动更多的劳动力，同量的不变资本体现在更多的生产资料上，从而生产出更多的剩余价值，增加资本积累。③所使用的资本与所消费的资本之间的差额。所用资本是指在生产过程中全部发挥作用的资本；所费资本是指逐年转移到新产品中去的那部分资本价值。所用资本与所费资本的差额大小，取决于劳动资料使用的年限和数量的多少。劳动资料质量越好，使用年限越长，数量越多，所用资本与所费资本的差额越大。在生产过程中，劳动资料的价值虽然是逐渐转移到产品中去，但它的使用价值仍作为一个整体在生产中继续发挥作用，因而它就像空气和自然力一样，为资本家提供无偿服务。所用资本与所费资本的差额越大，为资本家提供的无偿服务就越多，资本积累也就越多。④预付资本的增加。在不变资本和可变资本的比例以及剩余价值率既定的情况下，资本家预付的资本越多，剥削的工人越多，从而获得的剩余价值越多，资本积累也会增加。 |
