Based on the introduction of management modes in oversea,the reformation on experiment teaching and large-scale apparatus management in Chinese universities has been explored,combining with concrete practice of laboratory apparatus management in our universities.

In this article,the author gives her own opinion on how to scientifically carry on the management of the large-scale instrument of the Analysis and Testing Center in universities,so that we can raise the level of service for teaching and research and give full play to the role of the instruments.
