Philosophical Foundation and Realistic Basis of "People-Oriented" Values;

In the new situation,the management of students in colleges and universities are facing new challengement of students in colleges and universities,must be "people-oriented"new management philosophy.

Respecting individual differences will help to better understand and grasp the essence of vocational education concerning "people-oriented"education,quality-oriented education and "character-based"education models.

Based on the idea of "human beings" from the perspective of historical materialism,this paper holds that "people first" is the scientific interpretation of Marxist social development theory-examining the connotation of the development principle from the two angles of subject and object,then analyzing the actual foundation of the principle.

"Human-oriented" is the sure way of educational modernization and educational internationalization.
