开放式自助教育协议，即osep（osep是“open self-education protocol”首写字母缩写语）。该教育协议旨在利用当今互联网开放环境和成熟的技术条件，通过建立面向全社会开放式的学科、专业、课程定制标准平台，以及相关开放式的考核定制平台，积极鼓励社会公众采取自助学习的形式获得学习乐趣体验和学习成果体验的尝试，并通过本协议平台获得相应认可认证的社会公益标准协议组织。
