| 道宣（596～667） 中国唐代僧人，佛教史学家。律宗三派中唯一得以流传盛行的南山宗的创建人。俗姓钱，润州丹徒（今属江苏）人，一说长城（治所在今浙江长兴）人。15岁入长安日严寺依智頵律师受业，16岁落发。20岁从智首律师受具足戒，并随其学律10年，听讲《四分律》40 遍。唐武德七年（624）往终南山居仿掌谷习定。 贞观六年（632）到邺访法砺律师咨问律学，十六年入终南山丰德寺，后长居于此，并与居此的孙思邈结林下之交。曾为长安西明寺上座，参加玄奘译场，负责润文。律学著作有《四分律删繁补阙行事钞》、《四分律拾毗尼义钞》、《四分律删补随机羯磨》、《四分律比丘含注戒本》、《比丘尼钞》等；其他著作有《续高僧传》、《释迦氏谱》、《集古今佛道论衡》、《大唐内典录》、《广弘明集》等。弟子很多，有文纲、怀素等。 |
