揉切(rolling and eutting)制红碎主要工序之一,是操捻加切细的简称。通常是先后切细,先在揉捻机上揉捻成条,然后再切成顺(要求顺粒直径在3毫米以内)。每切细一次需筛的捻状次(用6一7孔筛网),将符合规格的顺粒及时筛出少粉末的产生,筛上物再行切分。揉切的技术要强烈.快速,加大叶细胞的损伤、扭曲、变形毛使内含物更多地揉出枯附在叶硕粒表面。揉切的是为造型、发酵准备条件。揉切的方法也可以采切细然后揉卷成顺粒状。葵凋叶直接切细比揉成而后切细较省力、省时。但是细片要揉卷成硕粒细胞充分破坏,难度较大。揉切机械有桶盘揉t翼形转子揉切机(洛托凡)、齿辊式揉切机和锤击切机。击碎机即劳瑞机(简称L.T.P).效率较满将叶子锤击成碎片,但不能卷成顺粒,要与CTC爷配合使用,才能获得预期的效果(见操切机、1机)。(陈以:赚腿态撇肤睐掬机银滋麒赚?
