The particular ecological and climatic effects of surface land dewfall resource were summarized simply,and the theoretic basis for exploitation of land surface dewfall was analyzed,especially the scientific ideas and technological measures for exploitation land surface dewfall were discussed from two sides of choosing the local climate condition and improving condensation face of dewfall.

The authors summarized the definition,development of the mode and the hydrological parameter on land surface processes,and point out the shortage and future study trend about size match error,data sharing conflict and indefiniteness of parameter existed in the research of hydrological process.
