性质:生物体所呈现的电现象为生物电,其主要基础为细胞外的电位差,即膜电位。安静时膜电位之值通常为数十毫伏,内负外正,称静息电位。当细胞被损伤时,膜电位或少或消失。当可兴奋的细胞(如神经或肌肉细胞、受精卵和某种植物细胞)受到刺激而传导冲动时,其膜位发生急剧变化,暂时可变为内正外负,称动作电位,它总是包含着膜的去极化。
