多基因遗传病
polygenic disease
又称“多因子遗传病”。受多对微效基因控制并易受环境影响的疾病。发病原因不仅与一对基因的变异有关，这种遗传现象叫做多基因遗传或称多因子遗传。其特点为各对等位基因间无显性隐性的区别，每个基因的效应非常微小，但很多基因的作用相加起来可形成明显的致病效应。在多基因遗传病中也受环境因素的影响，其作用愈大，遗传度(遗传基因对这类疾病起作用的程度）则愈低；相反环境因素作用愈小，则遗传度就愈高。临床上常见的多基因遗传病有：原发性高血压、哮喘、幼年型糖尿病、先天性心脏病、无脑儿。一些先天畸形或疾病，它们的发病率多超过0.1%，所以可算作常见病。这些畸形或疾病的发病有一定家族倾向，即有一定的遗传基础。但是，患者同胞中的发病率并不像单基因遗传病那样，为1/2或1/4，而远比这个发病率要低，为1%～10%。过去，临床医生
