Based on "the enforcement theory of regulation" and self-regulatory principles of IOSCO′s reports,this paper evaluates the current situation of China′s futures market self-regulatory system and points out the problems of ambiguous legal status,lack of internal accordance and the difficulty to put rules into practice.
