By means of UV, IR,EI-MS,HNMR and physi co-chemical properties,their stuctures were deducd to be quinolizidine alkaloids,and they were identified as thermopsine, anagyrine,lupanine and sparteine,respectively.
采用离子交换和吸附柱层析方法,从宁夏黄花棘豆(OxytropisochrocephalaBunge)茎叶的总生物碱成份中,首次分得四种化合物,根据其理化性质、波谱分析并与文献对照,确定同属喹诺里西啶(quinolizidine)类生物碱,分别鉴定为黄华碱(thermopsinc,I)、臭豆碱(anagyrine,Ⅱ)、白羽扇豆减(lupenine,Ⅲ)和鹰爪豆碱(sparteine,Ⅳ)。
