性质:又称双级推料离心机。在单级活塞推料式离心机的原结构上又增加一级转鼓。物料经过两个转鼓分离,停留时间增加而且在两转鼓的过渡区物料松动一次,有利于进一步脱水,比单级具有更好的分离效果。一级转鼓与推料杆连接,二级转鼓和推料盘与空心主轴相连。推料杆向右移动时,二级转鼓上料被推出,向左运动时一级上料被推出。和单级转鼓相比油缸双行程都推料,油泵负荷均匀。其应用很广。将逐步取代单级推料离心机。分离因数为600~1200。
