Queuing system
在排队论的一般模型中,各个顾客由顾客源(总体)出发,到达服务机构(服务台,服务员)前排队等候接受服务,服务完了后就离开,队列的数目和排列方式称为排列结构,顾客按怎样的规则,次序接受服务称为排队规则和服务规则。从服务到达到接受服务以后离去,这一从到达到离去为止的过程就构成了一个排队系统。
