性质:分子量,22000(人),23000(鼠)。主要由活化T细胞、成纤维细胞、内皮细胞和单核细胞产生,现已由基因重组技术制备。它能刺激多功能干细胞、髓样干细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜中性粒细胞的增殖,增加巨噬细胞、单核细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞的数量,提高吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,临床用于二次化疗所致中性白细胞减少症,异体和自体骨髓移植,再生障碍性贫血和烫伤。
