以人参、黄芪为主要成分配成参芪制剂口服液，在运动员连续６周服用后，观察其机体有氧和无氧工作能力的变化情况以及血红蛋白含量和运动后血尿素氮含量，结果表明，服用该制剂后运动员的有氧工作能力明显提高，无氧运动时体内乳酸积累减少，恢复期内乳酸清除速率加快；长时间运动后血尿素氮含量下降。

主 料： 牛（月展）（牛腿肉）10两（约400克），红枣10粒，北芪4钱（约16克），花旗参2钱（约8克）。
做 法： 1、牛（月展）放入沸水中煮10分钟，捞起洗净；红枣去核洗净。
2、将各用料全放入炖盅内，加适量沸水，盖上盅盖，隔沸水用慢火炖3小时即可，下盐调味。
