On the basis of orthogonal curvilinear gird which is generated by the boundary-fitted coordinate technology,in this paper a general mathematical model for solving 2-D shallow water equations is established by using the Alternating Direction Implicit method in calculated domain.

Based on the set of equations of shallow water hydrodynamics, the present paper applies the ADI method to solve the instantaneous tidal current field in the coastal area closed to Shengli Oil Field, then uses the Lagrangian method to predict the movement trajectory of oil spill center.
